Rhubarb Syrup



In a large pot, simmer rhubarb in water until mushy. In a separate pot, simmer sugar, lemon juice and orange juice. Add to rhubarb. Strain rhubarb mixture and bottle (in sterilized glass jars if storing). To enjoy, mix one part syrup to 2 parts soda (sparkling water and ginger ale are nice options) or lemonade. Makes 4L syrup.
